After you heal your tattoo, there're ways of preserving it for as long as possible. Keep in mind that this new art piece is now part of your skin, so if you take care of your skin better, your tattoo will look for longer.

The most important thing is to avoid getting too much sun. You can cover your tattoos while outside. But remember never re-bandage/cover a new tattoo that has not fully healed.

Another important thing to prevent is cutting or scratching your tattoo. When you do this, it leaves little white scars over your tattoo that aren't always raised, but do detract from your tattoo. The only way to fix these are by getting it retouched, but matching the ink colors are often times very difficult. Although you cannot prevent every little scratch, it's wise to contemplate ways to lessen the amount of abuse that area of your body receives.

Rules of Wearing Accessories

It seems as if the trend lately is "Less is more!" So, the silver jewelry has been the most concerned accessories. Tiffany jewelry also include the silver ones, and they're much more cheaper than the diamond jewelry.

I'm not saying that I like the trend. Ever since I was a little girl and got my ears pierced, I have been addicted to silver jewelry.

But eveyone has their own rules, and next are the basic rules of wearing accessories.

  • Formal wear needs classier pieces, things that you would never wear with your favorite pair of jeans.

  • Earrings should never be too dull not to say they can't be understated studs are fine if they are diamonds or pearls but not your favorite gold-plated balls.

  • It depends on your hair style if you are going to wear your hair in an up-doe try some pearl hair pins to add some flair or an elegant hair pin or gem butterfly or flower.

  • If you have your up though don't wear huge hoops that is just too much try some eye catching dangles.

  • If your hair is down and you feel the need for the ever popular 4" hoop try one with gemstones all the way around.

  • Depending on your neck line try a sweet heart necklace or a simple choker.

  • Most importantly don't wear your 9-5 heels try something strappy or even just a stiletto heel.

  • Handbags are a must a shiny little bag not the hobo of the season and you should be set to dazzle.

It was Tiffany & Co. that introduced the engagement ring as we know it today. The celebrated six-prong “Tiffany® Setting” lifts the diamond above the band and into the light. The result is a ring whose beauty has never been equaled.

In 1848 the New York City newspapers dubbed Charles Lewis Tiffany, “The King of Diamonds.” And with good reason. The quality of Tiffany diamonds was then, and remains, exemplary. In the spring of 1887, Tiffany shocked the world by purchasing the French Crown Jewels. From this time on, Tiffany became the world’s authority on the finest diamonds.

Soon Tiffany designers were creating brilliance of their own. From the glittering 1890s on, timeless Tiffany designs graced women from the finest families: the Astors, the Vanderbilts, the Morgans. Celebrities from the theater, sports, and ultimately European royalty and Hollywood stars began to prize Tiffany diamond designs.

Around the world, museums treasure the Tiffany design aesthetic, from the Art Nouveau period to Art Deco to today’s modern classics. Year in, year out, the passion for Tiffany diamonds is clearly demonstrated in the world’s auction houses.

Today, the world-famous 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond is on permanent display in the New York flagship store—proof positive of Tiffany’s diamond legacy.

But nowhere is a Tiffany diamond more beautiful or more treasured than in its place of honor, on the hand of a woman.

A women was considering buying an aging Thoroughbred but wanted a veterinarian's opinion of the horse before finalizing her deal. She asked when the vet had completed his examination - "Will I be able to race him?"
The veterinarian looked at the woman, then at the horse. "Sure" he replied, "and you'll probably win!"

A man was walking through a cemetery one dark and stormy night. As he got well into the cemetery, he heard a voice say, "Mark! Mark!". Pretending not to let it bother him, he pulled his coat a little tighter and kept walking. Again the voice said, "Mark! Mark!". That did it. He took off full speed and didn't stop till he was well outside the gates. As he stopped to catch his breath, the moon broke through the clouds enough so he could see what had been following him. It was a dog with a hare lip.

A vampire bat comes back to his fellow vampires with a blood on his mouth. They stare at him jealously and ask him where he got the blood. He asks them, "Did you see that tree back there?"
"Sure," they reply.
"Well I didn't!"
